Director of Sales - Hospitality Industry
We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Director of Sales to spearhead our client partner's sales and marketing efforts in the hospitality sector. As a key player in achieving our mission to "raise the bar on relationships, reputation, and returns in hospitality," you'll be instrumental in driving growth and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed activity, productivity, and booking goals.
- Identify, pursue, and convert sales leads across various market segments and territories.
- Foster strong relationships with top accounts, staying attuned to market trends to capitalize on opportunities.
- Optimize Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) by mastering online travel agency (OTA) sales policies and techniques.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to determine competitive rates for groups and long-term negotiations (LNRs).
- Showcase hotel amenities and services through professional site tours.
- Represent the hotel at community events, cultivating new customer relationships.
- Respond promptly and professionally to requests for proposals (RFPs).

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of on-property sales experience in the hospitality industry.
- Valid driver's license.
